As a member of the Women’s Transition Home staff, employees engage with women, gender diverse people, and their children who are accessing our services. We work from a feminist philosophy grounded in human rights. We work for social change to end all forms of violence.

Women and gender diverse people fleeing violence need, and deserve, a trusted ally to recognize they have as much right to safety as the rest of society. At Women’s Transition Home, we are tenacious advocates for the equal rights and needs of women and gender diverse people in our society, especially those experiencing violence. We will partner with women and gender diverse people, explore options, and support them in their choices.
